Created from a blend of stinging nettle, oatstraw, rose petals, and raspberry leaf, this vitamin and mineral rich tea will boost and replenish your body's store in trace minerals. Stinging Nettle (urtica dioica) is packed full of beneficial vitamins and minerals. It includes calcium, iron, phosphorous, all the beneficial amino acids, potassium, sodium, and vitamins A, K, C, and several B vitamins. It also provides support to the liver and reduces inflammation.

Oatstraw (avena sativa) is high in manganese, zinc, and iron. It provides support for your brain, and offers relief for stress and insomnia.

Rose (rosa rubiginosa) is a good source of vitamins A, C, E, and minerals iron and calcium. Rose petals have flavonoid compounds, producing a soft, floral scent and flavor. It's benefits include being high in antioxidants, reducing anxiety, and provides support for a healthy heart.

Raspberry leaf (rubus idaeus) is high in vitamin B, C, and E, as well as magnesium, calcium, and zinc. It provides support to menstrual cramping, inflammation, and indigestion. 

Directions for use: Using your favorite mug, place 3 teaspoons of your tea blend in a reusable tea bag. Steep for 3-5 minutes and enjoy plain or with a drizzle of honey.

 Each serving of loose leaf tea can be reused up to 3 times.
